FREE Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Depending on the model you purchase, your order will be shipped via standard ground or heavy freight.
1. Standard Shipping (FedEx Ground)
Applicable Models: H5, H7
Cost: FREE
Delivery Time: Estimated 3-7 business days.
Details: Delivered directly to your door. No appointment required.
2. Heavy Freight Delivery (LTL Carrier)
Applicable Models: H10, H18, H25, H30, H35
Cost: FREE (Includes standard residential delivery and liftgate service).
Delivery Time: Estimated 5-10 business days.
Important: Due to their size, these units ship via LTL freight. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required. Please inspect the unit carefully for any visible transit damage before signing the delivery receipt.

Our free freight shipping covers standard delivery to your curb or driveway. Any extraordinary delivery requirements requested by the customer at the time of delivery (e.g., inside delivery, narrow clearance access, or missed appointment redelivery fees) may result in additional charges billed directly to the customer.
